Forest Honey
Our 100 % wild honey comes directly from four remote villages in the district of Pathoumphone, Champasak Province, south of Laos.The bees in these areas feed on the flowers from mulva nut tree, which are recognized for their medicinal qualities(for treating sore throats and as general cooling medicine). The result is a high quality natural products. The wild honey is harvested using traditional techniques. Trees are not cut down to collect honey, honey is not harvest prematurely and bees are not killed in the process. They are scared away using smoke.
Honey is a sweet liquid produced by honey bees and derived from the nectar of flowers. Natural honey helps strengthen health, enhances longevity, and can be consumed as a supplementary food.
