Made from fresh creamed cheese seasoned with garlic, onions, salt and pepper. Different kinds of herb are added to gain different distinctive aroma and taste. Goat cheese or parmesan also added to the mixtures. This cheese spread is ideal for mixing with cooked pasta, or to spread on baguette slices.
